This course is delivered over seven days with an MII assessment on the eighth day. In this training programme, participants will cover a full spectrum of workplace mediation, from pre-mediation to resolution and follow-up.  By the end of the training, participants will: • Understand the core principles and ethics of mediation • Recognise the importance of upholding the principles of justice • Build the confidence to effectively navigate difficult conversations • Learn how to manage the full mediation process from start to finish • Engage in practical conflict mapping, active listening, and impartial facilitation • Gain experience through real-world case studies, structured training exercises, and feedback • Earn an internationally recognised certification in Mediation • Be eligible to apply for the MII-certified Mediator accreditation We combine theory with deep practice to ensure participants gain hands-on mediation experience in a supportive, structured learning environment.
